Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9.00am - 6.00pm, and Friday from 9.00am - 1.00pm. All orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday EST will be processed the following week. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Certain items can have up to a two week turnaround, you will be notified if applicable.

Return Policy

Please email info@hebbymetal.com for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.

Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Hebby Metal without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
