My name is Hebby. Metal is my medium!

I carve shapes and forms from my dreams into jewelry. Each piece I consider a love letter, a friend, a clairvoyant. Every detail, every crevice, and every curve of every line is considered and cared for until it feels just right. I often think of Michelangelo who felt that there was already an energy and form to the materials he was carving... “Every block of stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it. I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.” My goal is to free designs into the world for you to enjoy. Along with my basics, I’ll be adding special pieces to the One of a Kind section, so stay tuned for my latest, changing additions to the Hebby Metal armory.

I started my jewelry venture in NYC and then migrated to South Florida. Everything that you see here is made in my jewelry studio by my hands. I carve each piece out of wax, then cast it into metal. Often I accentuate carvings with my curated collection of precious and semi-precious stones. The mixture of metal and stones to me is heaven on earth.
